Our Mission
Our mission is to empower and support young people in Scotland, particularly those who are new to the country, by providing a welcoming community, mentorship, and resources that help them overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals. Through inclusivity, collaboration, and guidance, we aim to foster a sense of belonging and create pathways to positive, sustainable futures for all young Scots.

Empowering the youth for a brighter tomorrow
One Community Scotland is an award-winning, youth-led organization that supports young people aged 14-24 from BME communities as they settle as New Scots in Scotland. We are dedicated to combating prejudice, overcoming language barriers, and addressing financial illiteracy. Our efforts include helping our young people understand the Scottish labor system, gain work experience, learn Scottish laws, receive first aid and mental health awareness training, and connect with apprenticeship opportunities.
